A heritage listed house was built as the home of Anthony Horden in 1905. The home eventually became a nursing boarding house in 1968 and was sold in 2000 to the Byrne Lewis Group who had the vision to restore and modernise the boarding house into 5 luxury and exclusive penthouse style apartments. Kilmory Estate - Point Piper

Kilmory is the largest site on Point Piper peninsular. The house is an arts and crafts style building designed in 1913, the main house has been transformed into seven (7) luxury apartments by the Byrne Lewis Group, known in NSW for their experience and expertise in the restoration and renovation. Each apartment was fitted with the latest Home Automation and Lighting Management Systems (C-Bus) designed and installed by Flash Electrical Contractors.
